SQUASH FLYING SAUCER

Flying Saucer is a summer squash with a fun alien shape. Squashes are star shaped with deep ribbing and are a fun mix of dark green and yellow. Tasty nutty flavor, and can be cooked in a variety of ways..steamed, sautéed, broiled etc. Plants are prolific and do very well in the hot summer months.
