SQUASH WINTER DELICATA

One of the best winter squashes. Also known as sweet potato squash because the bright yellow flesh has a distinct sweet potato flavor. Very pretty squash with light green to yellow skin and dark green stripes. Squashes are oblong and can get 5-10" long. The skin is thin and edible. These squashes are good baked or steamed.
