EGGPLANT BLACK BEAUTY

Still the classic home gardener's favorite eggplant. Each plant will give you as many as five enormous fruits. The eggplant skin is a rich glossy blackish purple and the interior is very tender and has great flavor. Remember to plant several for all of your favorite Mediterranean recipes. Position these young plants in full sun and make sure to give them well composted soil.
