Ingredients:
- 2 cups of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1 cup of cubed melon (honeydew, cantaloupe, watermelon)
- 1/2 cup of chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the berries, melon, and mint.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lemon juice.
- Pour the honey-lemon dressing over the fruit salad and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
Tips:
- For a more tart salad, add an extra tablespoon of lemon juice.
- For a sweeter salad, add an extra tablespoon of honey.
- If you don't have fresh mint, you can use 1 teaspoon of dried mint.
- You can also add other fruits to the salad, such as kiwi, pineapple, or peaches.
